We have now sold 3 properties with Anthony over the past 3 years. Anthony has sold our properties both under Auction conditions and private treaty. When you are professional renovators it is key to have an agent with extensive market knowledge and someone you can be direct with in your communication. Anthony takes the time to understand our product and we seek his guidance not only when selling our finished product but when purchasing as well. His many many years of experience always ensure we get the desired end result when selling. We wouldn't hesitate in recommending Anthony and Dalton Partners to anyone considering selling their property. Anthony and his team are always professional to deal with.

From the start, Anthony was a great communicator. He gave us good advice on pricing (after getting three appraisals), suggested property changes to enhance selling appeal and was always available for questions and concerns. His professionalism and balanced approach while negotiating, sealed a sale for us at full asking price shortly after the property was listed. Thank you Anthony and we would recommend him to sell your property.

Anthony and the team at Dalton Partners did an absolutely wonderful job in selling our property and to sell significantly over the reserve was an added bonus. Anthony conducted himself in a thoroughly professional manner throughout and always kepy myself fully informed every step of the way. Well done Anthony. It was a pleasure to deal with you.

The Sale of two Properties
Using Anthony Merlo to sell my 2 units in Merewether was probably one of the best financial decisions that i could have made. From the moment he visited me to talk to me about using Daltons of the Junction to sell my units and spent an hour going over options of what could be done, I knew he was the person for the Job. We auctioned the first unit very successfully ,got far above the reserve for it.Then when it came to sell the second unit he was able to negotiate a very good deal. He always kept me informed and was easy to talk too and was very knowledgeable about the market.

We all want to be winners when the hammer falls but the winning starts well before the big day. Your fate must lie in the hands of someone that lives it, breathes it and has such a passion and love for what he does. This person is such a machine that his drive will engage all around him and create an enthusiasm that is held from the day you meet until you hear his words, "Sold!" Anthony Merlo has the fire you need to keep the interest burning for your property.

I met Anthony by chance, a bit over 2 years ago. I think I was walking past a house auction that made me stop and watch. I deliberately watched another and knew that he was the man to auction my house. Anthony was also compassionate and patient when I needed it, and understanding when at that time I was unable to sell. Roll forward 2 years, and I was able to let go and have trust in my agent. His record speaks for itself. I received appropriate feedback about buyer interest and the odd comforting phone call when I needed it. His local knowledge is second to none, and he was able to demonstrate the beauty and uniqueness of this home while integrating the beauty of the area. I knew from the start that his auctioneering ability was truly excellent and by his record, I could see that he gives his all to his clients. The magnificent result I had last Saturday was the culmination of vast local knowledge, and the ability to 'engage' a client where for me personally, I was then able to trust that he was going to do everything he could for the best possible result in an emotional sale. And so it was.
