I attended an open house with one of their property managers, Gretchen Burgees, and the whole interaction came across as very unprofessional. The way she communicated felt sloppy, unclear, and not at the standard you’d expect from someone representing them, also spoke illiterate as well. The inspection was disorganised, and the overall presentation didn’t give me any confidence in the agency or its staff. I want to point out that the 5-star reviews online below really don’t reflect the experience I had.
